Summer is over – and we are back in office and ready for some very busy months ahead of us. Throughout the holiday and reporting season we have seen lots of changes and new developments both in-house at DIRF’s but also many job changes and new members. All exciting news that we are sharing in this newsletter and all happening while preparing the upcoming activities – and especially our annual conference, DIRFdagen on 21 September, i.e. just a month from today. So, if you have not booked your seat yet, now is the time if you are not to miss the main international IR-event in Copenhagen with the best networking potential with peers!
DIRF News
After about eight years at the OfficeHotel in Valby, the secretariat has moved to new premises and is back in the City at Amagertorv 14 where we have moved into an office community managed by Bern Film and now share office with two journalists Mai Zeilund and Mette Walsted Vestergaard. This move brings DIRF closer to many of our members making it easier to interact and get input and inspiration to our activities. Also, our work structures have changed radically the past couple of years with more remote work and online meetings making our requirements for meeting facilities less important – we will meet our members at their premises instead.
There have also been a few changes to the board as several have changed jobs and Astrid Marker Hansen at A.P. Moeller-Maersk has left as she has changed job internally and is no longer with the IR-team at APM. Our Vice Chair, Anders Hjort, has joined Ambu as Head of Investor Relations from SimCorp. Edda Lara Ludvigsdottir has left Össur and Andreas Holkjær is now Senior Investor Relations Officer at FLSmidth A/S. DIRF’s board is still chaired by Claus I. Jensen, Danske Bank and also includes the following board members: Christina Bastius Thomsen, Better Collective; Martin Raasch Egenhardt, Navigare Capital Partners; Cristina Rønde Hefting, Bang &Olufsen and Pernille Friis Andersen with HC Andersen Capital. DIRF also get much help from our volunteers sitting on our committees and thus helping all DIRF members by assisting with input and planning to various DIRF activities. Take a closer look at various possibilities and contact Tina at the secretariat to become an active member and benefit fully from the network.
More news will follow the coming weeks so pay close attention our invitations and newsletters!
