EASY ACCESS TO US INVESTORS
At this event, which is hosted by OTC Markets Group (10,000+ securities) and supported by DIRF, we will discuss the US trading environment, the way US Brokers trade non listed securities, and provide education on cross border trading. Companies listed outside the US face a variety of challenges when engaging the US investment community – compliance and trading restrictions, limited resources and facetime with US investors, and targeting the most relevant audience. US investors often prefer to trade in USD in US market hours. A US listing is not required to be successful and makes little sense for most Danish companies. OTC Markets will discuss the role they play in assisting non US listed securities to be traded in the US (without the cost and complexity of a stock exchange listing).
