Sharing some reflections at year-end on behalf of DIRF’s board and secretariat

Dear DIRF member,

Another year is coming to an end, and Christmas is just around the corner. On behalf of DIRF’s board and secretariat, we would like to take this opportunity to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year with a brief summary of the year.

New Board of Directors

At DIRF’s Annual General Meeting in March DIRF got new board members, and the board constituted itself with Andreas as Chairman and Charlotte as Vice Chair. It’s worth noting that our board members serve entirely on a volunteer basis; remarkable considering their demanding schedules with roadshows, results presentations and of course, managing relationships with investors. They deserve a big thank you!

The most important events of the year

As 2025 ends, we are proud to reflect on a dynamic year of events that welcomed over 500 attendees. Across sessions covering regulatory compliance, best practice IR, strategy, AI, stakeholder engagement, global politics and economic development, DIRF provided valuable opportunities for networking with peers, learning, and staying ahead of industry trends. A big thank you to all members and stakeholders who contributed to our 2025 events programme – we could not do without you!

Make use of the DIRF network

The main focal points of DIRF are our meetings, network and annual conference, DIRFdagen. This is where learnings and best practice are exchanged, and members are encouraged to participate actively and to create a good member dialogue. Essentially, IROs are magicians who blend public relations, strategy and finance. And with that in mind, the board and secretariat work continuously to further develop DIRF. We welcome ideas for topics and offers to speak, sponsor, host or participate. Contact Tina to discuss opportunities.
