Corporate reporting is undergoing significant regulatory change. At the same time, economic and geopolitical uncertainty is increasing stakeholder demands for greater insight, transparency, and credibility in corporate disclosures.
- How is this reflected in Danish annual reports today?
- How are ESG considerations being integrated?
- And are annual reports primarily compliance documents—or do they still allow room for a clear, strategic narrative?
CEO and advisor Lars Sandstrøm from Corporate Relations will provide an overview of the key trends shaping annual reports in the current season.
Following this introduction, we will take a deeper dive into the practical experience behind award-winning reporting. Thomas Ryttersgaard, Head of Group Accounting & Reporting at A.P. Møller – Mærsk A/S, will share perspectives on process, governance, and execution.
Maersk was awarded PwC’s CFO Agenda First Prize in early 2025 for its 2024 Annual Report, which successfully integrated financial and ESG reporting into one comprehensive report, and was also shortlisted by DI for Best Annual Report 2024.
